Madonna and Guy Ritchie are to be divorced in London on Friday, according to the High Court list.
The case is listed for a "quickie" divorce under the names Ciccone M L v Ritchie G S and will be heard by a judge in the High Court's Family Division.
The news follows reports that Madonna and Guy have reached agreement on their divorce settlement.
Film director Guy is not taking any of Madonna's £300m fortune, and the couple are sharing custody of their children.
Ritchie, 40, wanted to keep his sons in London, where they have grown up, but Madonna, 50, wanted all the couple's children to live with her in New York.
But a source told the Evening Standard the two boys - Rocco, eight, and three-year-old David - will now divide their time between here and the US.
Madonna's daughter Lourdes, by another relationship, will continue to live with her in New York.
The source said: "The priority for him has always been the children." The couple officially announced they were splitting last month, after weeks of speculation in the media.
